Let me introduce myself

Hi everyone! My name is Yakita, and I’m a Chihuahua born and raised on the beautiful island of Curaçao. Life here is amazing, with palm trees, sunny beaches, and so many adventures. But my life isn’t just about relaxing on the island – I also love to travel with my mom, Diana. She’s my best friend and an incredible photographer, and together, we want to help other pet owners capture beautiful memories of their furry friends.

Life on the Island

Curaçao is my little paradise. I love starting the day with a play on the beach, smelling the salty air, and sometimes chasing a crab or two (I’m gentle, promise!). After that, I’ll relax in the shade while Diana enjoys her iced coffee and gets her camera ready. Sometimes she takes pictures of me soaking up the sunshine. Being cute isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it!

At home, I’ve got two siblings: my big brother Puppy and my sister Bella. Honestly, I’m not their biggest fan all the time. I mean, I love attention, and sharing it isn’t exactly my thing. But deep down, I do care about them, and I guess they’re not so bad. Puppy is always so chill, and Bella has her moments where she’s actually fun to be around. Just don’t tell them I said that!

When we’re not out exploring, I’m usually snuggled up next to my mom. She’s always there for me with cuddles, belly rubs, and the best treats. We share a love for photography and adventure, which makes every day extra special.

Our Travels Together

Every year, my mom and I go on a big trip together. Whether it’s hiking in nature, exploring new cities, or just enjoying the view at a famous landmark, I’m always by her side. She says I’m the perfect travel buddy, and honestly, I agree. Traveling together has created so many amazing memories, and we love sharing them on Instagram.
